5′ Plate Lock Road Plate Ramps – 10 Pack
The Plate Locks PL510 10 Pack includes ten 5-foot road plate ramps designed to provide a reusable alternative to cold mix around exposed steel road plate edges.
Each ramp measures 60 inches long x 6 inches wide and is constructed from durable polypropylene. Pre-drilled mounting holes and pre-indented cut lines simplify installation and allow the ramps to be adjusted to fit the road plate layout when needed.

Reusable Road Plate Ramp System
Plate Lock ramps are designed to secure and transition exposed steel road plate edges while providing a reusable alternative to cold mix. Their polypropylene construction is corrosion resistant and intended for demanding construction and utility jobsite conditions.
With ten 5-foot sections, the PL510 package provides 50 linear feet of ramp material for larger road plate installations or projects requiring additional perimeter coverage.
Pre-Drilled for Faster Installation
Each Plate Lock ramp includes pre-drilled mounting holes every 1 foot for anchor placement. Pre-indented cut lines allow individual ramp sections to be shortened when necessary to better fit the steel plate layout.
The modular 5-foot sections also make it easier to configure ramp coverage around different plate sizes and excavation layouts.

Basic Installation
Position the Plate Lock ramp along the exposed edge of the steel road plate. Drill the required anchor holes using an SDS Plus 3/8 in. x 12 in. drill bit, then secure the ramp using the appropriate anchors and a 9/16 in. SDS Plus anchor drive socket.
When a shorter section is required, the ramp can be cut at the pre-indented lines to fit the plate layout.
